Born November, 25th, 1952 in Russia, Kirov region, Murashinskiy district, Stakhanovskiy village. Parents were teachers. He graduated with honors the Faculty of Journalism of Lvov Higher Military-Political Academy (1977), Higher Courses General Staff Military Academy (1999), Military University (2007).

In 1972-1973 he was a soldier in Leningrad (St.Petersburg), Navy fleet.

In 1977-1983 he was a reporter of newspapers of the Northern Fleet (Gremikha, Severomorsk)

1983-1985 - Senior Literature, senior consultant of the newspaper “Red Star”

1985-1991 - Deputy Executive Secretary of the newspaper “Red Star”

1991-1992 - Editor of the editorial board of the Military Historical Journal

1992-1997 - Executive secretary of the editorial board of the Military Historical Journal

1997-1999 - First Deputy Chief Editor of the magazine “Marine collection”

1999-2007 - Editor of the magazine “Military History”

Since 2006 - Member of the Central Council of the Russian Society of Historians and Archivists

Since 2008 – Editor-in-chief of the magazine “The Herald of an archivist”

Since 2008 - Professor of History of The Russian State Historical and Archival University (The Russian State Humanitarian University), since 2008 – Chief of the Chair of the Moscow Humanitarian-Economic Institute, Member of the Dissertation Council of the Moscow Institute of the border, the Research Council of the Russian State Military History Archive (RGVIA), Executive Council of the Russian Association of Historians of the Second World War II.

Was born 1933 in USSR, Sevastopol. Her father was a sailor. After leaving school (in Ulyanovsk) she entered The Russian State Historical and Archival University. After graduating from university she was in year 1955 a history-teacher in the school by Special Children's home. From 1958 till 1966 worked in a branch of the Sverdlovsk Regional State Archives in Nizhny Tagil.

In the Main Archival Administration under the Council of Ministers of the USSR (1966-1971) worked by the departmental archives and records management.
From 1971 till 1988 was a member of the board, chief of department, chairman of the Central Commission expert verification of the Main Archival Administration under the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR.

She taught at the Moscow State Historical and Archival Institute, and was director of the National Archives. Since 1989 led by the Inspectorate Moscow State Archive, and in 1991 was appointed, and within five years as director of the Central Archives of the social movements of Moscow.

At present - Senior Research Fellow of All-Russian Research Research Institute of Documentation and archives (VNIIDAD), a member of the Research and Methodical Council and the Central expert committee for verification Russian State Archive.
From the first days of the Russian Society of Historians and Archivists she was a member of the Board of the Central Council ROIA, chairman of the Section of personal funds and document collections, a member of the Board of the Foundation “Moscow Encyclopedia”. She headed for many years the section “History: the man and the event” at the All-Russian competition of youth research. Now she is a lecturer of the Moscow Pedagogical Academy.
She has more than 100 published works in the field of archival, source and pedagogy sciences.

Natalya Glishinskaya was born on July, 29th, 1971 in Kerch. Graduated from faculty of applied astronautics of the Moscow state institute of engineers of geodesy, air photography and cartography (MIIGAK). Since 1993 works in the Russian research center of space documentation (RNICKD, nowadays RGANTD). Now - the deputy chief of department of the automated archival technologies of the Russian state archive of scientific and technical documentation (RGANTD).

Родилась 29 июля 1971 г. в г. Керчь. Окончила факультет прикладной космонавтики Московского государственного института инженеров геодезии, аэрофотосъемки и картографии (МИИГАиК). С 1993 г. работает в Российском научно-исследовательском центре космической документации (РНИЦКД), ныне Российский государственный архив научно-технической документации( РГАНТД).

В настоящее время - начальник отдела межархивных информационно-коммуникационных проектов Российского государственного архива научно-технической документации (РГАНТД).

Victoria Borisovna Prozorova was born on August, 27th, 1975 in Moscow. Till 18 years lived in Obninsk where she graduated school and art school. In her 14 years entered in KID "Normandy-Neman". In her 16 years she was a member of section «Young archivist» MGTDU, took part in conferences and expeditions, started publishing of articles were devoted to study of local lore, and military history.

Since 1993 she was studying in faculty of archival business of Historic-archival institute RGGU, her specialization was the automated archival technologies, bases and databanks in historical researches, history of official bodies and public organizations. In year 1994 won the grant of a name Dashkova for the presented women from the governor of the Kaluga region for publications on study of local lore and a military history of area. Since 1996 she was the representative of students in the Academic council of IAI RSHI.

1998 she defended a degree work about Russian military authorities in France in the First World War 1914-1918, and graduated The Russian State Humanitarian University. 1996-1998 was taught on French-speaking branch of the French university college attached to the Moscow State University on a specialty “public law”. Defended a degree work on degree of the master “Access to archives: the Russian and French legislation in the XX-th century”.

In September, 1998 entered postgraduate study of The Russian State Humanitarian University on chair of history and the organization of archival business. In October, 1998 - the grant-aided student of the President of the Russian Federation. Research training passed in the Comprehensive school of National property in Paris which diploma in a specialty “national property, preservation and management” specializations “archives” received in 2000.

Since 2001 she is working for the state and private archives of France. Since 2003 is a member of “Association of archivists of France”, has publications in Russian and French archival press. Fields of her activity are personal funds and funds of establishments XIX-XX, oral history of military conflicts in ХХ century, processing and the description of sound and electronic documents. Her specialization is the archival right, archival audit, statement of office-work and the organization of extra office storage of great volumes of documents.

The post-graduate student (2001-2004), the teacher (2004-2006), lecturer and Associate Professor of Historical Faculty of National university of Uzbekistan it. Mirzo Ulugbek. Since August, 2008 she is the chief of department of use of documents and information service of Agency "The Uzbekistan’s Arcive" attached to the Republic Uzbekistan’s Ministry. She is awarded by the medal "Shuhrat" (2004).

1978-1991 worked as the junior research employee, the archivist of the first category, the senior archivist, the chief of department of acquisition, examination of value and research use of documents the Central state archive of the research and technical documentation of the USSR.
since 1992 – the director of publishing house “Research and technical centre”.
since September, 2006 – the chief of department of a supply with information and the publication of archival documents of branch of the Russian state archive of the research and technical documentation in Samara (Branch RGANTD).

Member of Association of publishers of Russia, deputy editor-in-chief of the scientific almanac "Telescope", the author of creative projects and the owner of grants of various funds in the field of a science, book publishing, cultures and arts, including the grant of the President of the Russian Federation (2007).

Awarded by the sign «Master of an archival business» (1988), silver medal VDNH (1991), a A.S.Makarenko’s medal (2008), has thanks of the Samara provincial thought (2005, 2006) and other awards Russian state and public organizations for popularization of scientific knowledge and work with creative youth. PETIN Dmitry Igorevich, candidate of historical Sciences, the chief archivist at the Center for the study of the history of the Civil war (Historical archive of the Omsk region), associate professor Omsk state technical university.

Born January 27, 1986 in Omsk, in the family of employees. In 2003-2008 he studied at the faculty of humanitarian education, Omsk state technical university (specialty "Historical-archival science"), diploma thesis: "the Circulation of banknotes and its surrogates on the territories of Ural, Siberia and the Far East, 1918-1922.". In 2008-2011 was trained at the postgraduate at the Department of Russian history, Omsk state technical University. Candidate of historical sciences (2012, ASU thesis title "Monetary-emission policy of the Soviet power and the anti-Bolshevik regimes in Siberia (October 1917 – November 1920)"). From 2012 he works in the Center for the study of the history of the Civil war the Historical archive of the Omsk region; in parallel with the 2014 teaching at Omsk state technical University, associate professor of the chair "Domestic history" of the faculty of humanitarian education of Omsk state technical university. He lectures and conducts seminars on the course "History." Research interests and scientific activities: history of Russia in the first quarter of the twentieth century, socio-economic history, military history, historical biography, practice archives. Community activities: reviewer-expert of the magazine "Omsk scientific bulletin" (2012), member of editorial board of informational-methodological, local history magazine "Archival bulletin" (2014), member of Omsk regional branch of the Union of local history of Russia (2014). ПЕТИН Дмитрий Игоревич

Родился 27 января 1986 г. в Омске в семье служащих. В 2003-2008 гг. обучался на факультете гуманитарного образования Омского государственного технического университета (специальность «Историко-архивоведение»), тема дипломной работы: «Обращение денежных знаков и их суррогатов на территориях Урала, Сибири и Дальнего Востока 1918-1922 гг.». В 2008-2011 гг. обучался в очной аспирантуре при кафедре «Отечественная история» ОмГТУ. Кандидат исторических наук (2012, АлтГУ, тема диссертации «Денежно-эмиссионная политика советской власти и антибольшевистских режимов в Сибири (октябрь 1917 – ноябрь 1920 г.)»).

С 2012 г. работает в Центре изучения истории Гражданской войны Исторического архива Омской области; параллельно с 2014 г. – преподает в ОмГТУ, доцент кафедры «Отечественная история» факультета гуманитарного образования ОмГТУ. Читает лекции и ведёт семинары по курсу «История». Область научных интересов и сфера научной деятельности: история России первой четверти ХХ в., социально-экономическая история, военная история, историческая биография, практика архивного дела. Общественная деятельность: рецензент-эксперт журнала «Омский научный вестник» (2012), член редколлегии информационно-методического, историко-краеведческого журнала «Архивный вестник» (2014), член Омского регионального отделения Союза краеведов России (2014). Senior researcher of Institute of Ukraine archaeography and source study in the name of Grushevsky (IUAI of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).

Was born in May, 5th, 1983 in Nezhin city, Chernigov region, Ukraine. She graduated the school №1 in the name of Shevchenko. In 2000 she joined in humanitarian sciences faculty of National university “Kiev-Mogilyan academy”, that she graduated in 2006 cum laude.

Since 2006 to 2009 - graduate student of archaeography history and theory and source study department of IUAI of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

In 2008 she published the complex archaeographic research “Elite of Sloboda Ukraine. Cossacks starshina list in 18th century”.

In 2009 she finished Cand. dissertation “Statistics sources on Cossacks starshina of Sloboda Ukraine history (1757-1767)”. Her scientific adviser was doctor of historical sciences of IUAI of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine V.A. Brekhunenko.

In 2010 – 2013 - research worker.

Since June, 2013 - senior researcher of archaeography history and theory and source study department of IUAI of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Co-editor of official site of IUAI of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine - http://archeos.org.ua/.

Svetlana Potapenko is author of 30 scientific articles. Now she works with thesis for a Doctor's degree “Cossacks starshina of Sloboda regiments in imperial transformation in 18th century”.

Scientific interests: Ukraine people history, social history if the Russian Empire, source study of Ukraine and Russian history, Ukraine gentry history, Russian nobles history, Sloboda Ukraine history.

Родилась 5 мая 1983 г. в г. Нежине Черниговской области Украины. Окончила Нежинскую среднюю школу № 1 им. Т. Г. Шевченко. В 2000 г. поступила на факультет гуманитарных наук по кафедре истории Национального университета «Киево-Могилянская академия», который с отличием окончила в 2006 г.

С 2006-го по 2009 г. – аспирант отдела истории и теории археографии и смежных источниковедческих наук ИУАИ НАН Украины. В 2008 г. опубликовала комплексное археографическое издание «Элита Слободской Украины. Списки казацкой старшины 60-х гг. ХVIII в.». В 2009 г. защитила кандидатскую диссертацию «Учетно-статистические источники по истории казацкой старшины Слободской Украины (1757–1767 гг.)» под руководством д. и. н., проф., заведующего отделом истории и теории археографии и смежных источниковедческих наук ИУАИ НАН Украины В. А. Брехуненко.

В течение 2010–2013 гг. – научный сотрудник, с июня 2013 г. – старший научный сотрудник, ученый секретарь отдела истории и теории археографии и смежных источниковедческих наук ИУАИ НАН Украины, соредактор официального сайта ИУАИ НАН Украины http://archeos.org.ua/. Автор около 30 научных статей, работает над докторской диссертацией «Казацкая старшина Слободских полков в имперских трансформациях последней трети XVIII в.». Научные интересы охватывают историю украинского казачества, социальную историю Российской империи, «imperial studies», источниковедение истории Украины и России Раннего Нового времени, генеалогию украинской шляхты и российского дворянства, историю Слободской Украины.
